For over 30 years, Greg Bogue has been dedicated to creating messages and experiences that move people. As chief experience architect, Bogue is applying the latest in neuroscience to help Maritz Global Events transform the way it designs and delivers exceptional meeting and event experiences for its clients.

In his role, he is focused on improving the guest experience in meetings, events and incentive travel programs to create better value for both organizations and their guests. Bogue works closely with client teams to elevate the guest experience and ensure the evolution of event design. He is creative catalyst who can quickly synthesize a message and help organizations deliver it to their guests at a higher level.

Bogue is a certified Experience Economy Expert by Jim Gilmore, a renowned experience expert and coauthor of The Experience Economy. In 2014, Bogue was awarded the prestigious Experience Management Achievement Award by Strategic Horizons LLP for his significant contributions in creating new-to-the-world experience offerings and approaches to Maritz Global Events. He was recently named one of the 25 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry by Successful Meetings. In addition, Bogue is a certified Master Designer by The Maritz Institute.

Gary Grimmer
Gaining Edge
Gary has over 30 years’ experience in the convention industry. He has consulted Tokyo, Macau, Hangzhou, Houston, Vancouver, Washington, DC and the countries of South Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan and Serbia on convention and meetings industry development. His convention centre consulting experience includes market feasibility, demand analysis, facility scoping, design review, site review, and operational consultation for convention centre developments in Nigeria, Oman, Malaysia, Mexico and Australia. He also served on the London International Convention Centre Commission. Gary is a former Chairman of the Board of the International Association of Convention & Visitors Bureau (now DMAI) and was one of the first six inductees into the inaugural DMAI Hall of Fame in 2014. He also received the Asia Pacific IMEX Academy Award in 2007.
